Low grade Adventure for the small set. Lite violence and nobody gets hurt bad. Weak plot with a lot of running around to no real end in mind. Animation is average for a TV film. At least there are no annoying song during the film. Vic is the small weak son of the leader of Viking bad of misfits. His father has no faith in so small a boy and always thinks he has the correct answer to any problem and that is to not think and attack. Bad things happen and nobody knows what to do, but little Vic. Who rubs both sides of his nose and then under it, thinks for a moment, Snaps his fingers and in a shower of stars has the answer to any problem.
