تنشأ صداقة غير متوقعة بين فتاتين صغيرتين من مخلوقات "السنيتشز" الصفراء على جزيرة محاطة بالشواطئ، ورغم انتمائهما إلى مجموعتين مختلفتين يُمنع الاختلاط بينهما، تتحدى الفتاتان هذه القواعد، لتثبتا أن الاختلاف لا يعني التفوق، وأن الجميع متساوون مهما كانت الفروق بينهم.
