Back in the year 2000, WCW began its rapid decline to closure, and Piper took it upon himself to create the following video. He would then send the tape to both Eric Bischoff and Vince Russo, the head bookers of WCW at the time, with the intent of saving the company. The tape has since become legendary on the internet and has went on to be known as simply the “Ghost Tape.” ► TWITTER.COM/WRESTLEWITHANDY ► INSTAGRAM.COM/WRESTLEWITHANDY ► THE CAMERA I USE: https://amzn.to/2C7DkaX ► THE MICROPHONE I USE: https://amzn.to/2NIPtI4 THANK YOU!!! #WWE #WWENews #Wrestling
