Season 9 was supposed to be one of the biggest updates yet for Marvel Rivals, but instead, a growing number of players are saying the matchmaking has become the biggest problem in the game. In today's video, we're breaking down why so many people believe the Season 9 update made matchmaking worse, why creators like Jay3 are now speaking out about their own experiences, and whether the community's frustration is actually justified. We'll go over the biggest complaints players have, what's causing matches to feel so one-sided, and whether the current system is hurting the ranked experience. I'll also share my own thoughts on what NetEase could do to improve matchmaking, reduce the frustration players are dealing with, and make ranked feel fair and competitive again without sacrificing queue times. Do you think Season 9 ruined matchmaking, or do you think players are overreacting? Let me know your experiences down in the comments—I want to hear if your games have felt different since the update.
