A short video which may provide some motivation if you hit a dip in your Martial Arts Journey. I have had many conversations over the last 15 years, with people from all walks of life, around the world, about Martial Arts and philosophy. This is a little piece on some of the thoughts I have put together from those converastions. References to Bruce Lee, Marcus Aurelius, David Hume, William Shakespeare, Marcelo Garcia, Gordon Ryan, Saenchai, Buakaw, and segments from my own career. I used clips from Rocky 3, Karate kid, Million Dollar Baby, Troy to emphasise some points and add a bit of entertainment to the education. There are also clips of my own training, with Damien Trainor, a fight I had as an amateur and professional fights I had in China.
