BTS V’s Relatable "Cat Mission" in Mexico During an official visit to Mexico's National Palace on May 6, 2026, BTS member **V (Kim Taehyung)** sparked a global viral sensation. While touring the grounds with **President Claudia Sheinbaum**, Taehyung playfully wandered away from the diplomatic group to track down one of the palace’s 16 resident cats. The contrast between the high-stakes political setting and V’s pure, feline-focused curiosity captured the hearts of fans worldwide, solidifying his reputation as the internet's favorite "cat person."
