Pound of Flesh

A former black ops operative falls victim to an organ-trafficking gang that steals his kidney, just as he prepares to donate it to his dying niece. On his quest to retrieve his kidney and save his niece, he becomes entangled in a bloody conflict with a large criminal operation.
