Poor Position Drill: Side Control

Never grab the belt of your opponent when they are in a solid side contol position. drop that level, drive your elbow down to your hip to break that side's grip as well as simultaneously breaking the grip with your opposite hand and spin INWARDS toward your opponent..this will automatically put you in an excellent chugoshi position.
