Season 9 has thrown the entire Marvel Rivals meta into absolute chaos. With new Team-Ups, massive balance changes, new heroes, and nearly every character playing differently, figuring out who to main feels harder than ever. Today, we’re breaking down the MUST-play heroes for every role, where they currently stand in the Season 9 meta, and who I’d personally recommend if you’re trying to climb ranked. From the Vanguards taking over the front line, to the Duelists deleting entire lobbies, to the Strategists quietly carrying every team fight, these are the best mains for every role and playstyle right now. 00:00 Welcome 00:24 VANGUARDS 00:44 Thor 01:27 Captain America 02:30 Hulk 03:00 Angela 03:46 Doctor Strange 04:40 Magneto 05:32 Venom 06:16 Emma Frost 07:03 Deadpool 07:54 Rogue 08:20 Peni Parker 09:16 DUELISTS 09:33 Psylocke 10:43 Elsa Bloodstone 11:19 Hela 12:00 Black Widow, Cyclops, & Phoenix 12:30 Star-Lord 13:53 Black Panther 15:03 Winter Soldier 15:33 Human Torch 16:37 Storm 17:19 Namor 18:05 Punisher 18:54 Spider-Man 19:40 STRATEGISTS 19:55 Cloak & Dagger 20:41 Ultron 21:50 Mantis 22:26 Adam Warlock 23:15 Gambit 24:08 Luna Snow 24:49 Invisible Woman 25:34 Jubilee 26:30 Outro
