It introduces many fascinating aspects of sumo by taking a closer look at the grand sumo tournaments, rikishi or wrestlers, plus its history and tradition. I’m Hiro Morita, the host of the show. I’ve been doing live play-by-play sumo commentary for NHK World-Japan since 1999, MC for GRAND SUMO Highlights, GRAND SUMO Preview and various other programs.
