Slay the Spire 2 is finally here, bringing back the addictive deck-building roguelike gameplay that made the original so popular. But this time the Spire is bigger, stranger, and far more dangerous. With new characters, new biomes, expanded lore, and even multiplayer, the sequel aims to evolve the formula rather than just repeat it. In this review, you’ll get a breakdown of the gameplay, new mechanics, characters like the Regent and Necrobinder, the revamped acts and environments, the new Epoch progression system, and the early access issues players should know about. The video also covers how the sequel compares to the original and whether the new features actually improve the experience. If you enjoy roguelikes, strategy games, or deckbuilders, Slay the Spire 2 might already be on your radar. The real question is whether it’s worth playing right now.
