Learn from Legends: http://www.legendarystriking.com Why do the problems in our lives never seem to end? According to Coach Phet-tho Sitjaopho of Sitjaopho Muay Thai, your problems can end right now. Forgive, accept, 'mai pen rai'. These are the 3 phrases that Coach Phet-tho lives by. ("Mai pen rai" translates to "nevermind" in Thai, but it also conveys the concept of acceptance and letting things be.) In our world today, we are so often obsessed about being right, and calling out the wrongs in people. This is a refreshing and timely reminder on how to have a happy life for the duration of our short and inconsequential existence on this planet. Watch the aesthetic play-sparring between the twins, and listen to Phet-tho's beautiful life philosophy. ----------------------------------- This project is part of a documentary series with Human of Fighting.
