Here's why it isn't, and the $600M reason Valve won't pull the trigger. We steelman the CS2 new weapon case heading into "Season 5" — the AK-47 Aphrodite leaving the Armory on June 29, the armory refresh that's overdue against Valve's own cadence, and the March reload update that quietly gutted the AWP. Then the part that actually moves your inventory: why a new weapon would dilute the entire CS2 skin market, and which guns (AUG, CZ, FAMAS, SG, P250) are the real rotation-and-buff play for the next armory drop. This is positioning, not financial advice — it's a guy with spreadsheets. 🔗 SKINS.COM — exclusive sponsor Trade and buy CS2 skins with code mikewater9 → https://skins.com/ 📊 TOOLS & LINKS - Waterdex, trade-up calculator & float tools → https://CS2Liquid.com - Twitter/X → https://twitter.com/mikewater9cs #CS2 #CS2Skins #CS2NewWeapon — This channel applies real finance, probability, and market structure to the CS2 skin economy.
