Go Here to Download Your Book - https://www.myboxingcoach.com - Welcome to the first in my series of videos covering a week in the life of a boxing coach at am amateur boxing club. My aim is to post as many videos as possible throughout a full amateur boxing season. Who knows what we'll cover, it all depends on what the season brings! In this first video I give you a little bit of history on our boxing club and the things that we have to do to get the place up and running. This includes club registration, coach registration and boxer registration. Also, this is the first week that we have had the boxers back, so we need to think about some core fitness building with the boxers. Any questions, let me have them in the comments section.
