So guys, you've given me the motivation through all the laughs and jokes about my lacking fitness to jump back into the ring. However, one of my boxers will have to pay for all your humour. So in this video I am showing you how I am starting to pick up my fitness to get into the ring and a few of the guys that might catch these hands.
