Last week I raced my 4.9KG sub-5kg BMC up Teggs Nose. This week, for round 2 of the Hill Climb Project series, I'm leaving it at home. The Cat and Fiddle is a 10.3km, 3.24% average climb that sits at nearly 30km/h average speed, and on a climb like that, aero matters more than weight. ⛰️ Watch my Teggs Nose race (the 4.9KG bike): https://youtu.be/IZJzbzearsY 🚴 The full sub-5kg build series: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-AQQrFV3AukBKsVTI0Bszi15zPh8PxZK Become a channel member for early video access and your name in the credits: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbrVORXROD1NVRYPf7HFQ7g/join Follow My Socials: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tom_bowers_/ Strava: https://www.strava.com/athletes/1876048 Twitter/X: https://x.com/fairlylongbike Zwift: https://www.zwift.com/eu/athlete/bde9894b-26cf-4671-b04f-968b0f5e5987 0:00 Intro 0:30 Why the Heavier Bike 2:43 The Climb 3:56 Pacing & Warmup 5:42 The Race 9:41 The Result 11:14 Power Data 11:58 What's Next #hillclimb #cycling #ukcycling
