There’s no yeast in this recipe and the dough simply stirs together. It’s important to remember that this dough must be chilled in order to cut and shape the donuts. So it’s best to make the dough the night before so you can cut and air fry in the morning! I used Lotus’ Perfectionist Air Fry and Convection Oven and really loved it.
