IndianaNORML.org Our mission Indiana NORML's mission is to move public opinion sufficiently to legalize the responsible use of cannabis by adults, and to serve as an advocate for consumers to assure they have access to high quality cannabis that is safe, convenient and affordable. Indiana is not a ballot initiative State meaning we can't vote on these types of issues mirroring our neighboring states like Ohio. We need lobbying. Proceeds go toward those efforts at the state house to reach lawmakers specifically through hearings and networking with influential legislators.
