Potatoes and cauliflower are made for each other and with additions of just a few other ingredients you have a delicious and comforting dish. INGREDIENTS 2Tbs Cooking oil, I used Avocado 1Tsp Cumin seeds 1 Tsp Mustard seeds 1 Yellow onion, peeled and diced medium 1 Tbs Garlic, chopped 1Tbs Ginger, minced 1 Green Chili, chopped ( I used Jalapeno ) 5 Yukon gold potatoes, medium, peeled and cut small bite size 1 Medium head cauliflower, cut into florets ( Used tender leaves too, optional ) 1Tsp Turmeric 1/4 Tsp Chili powder, use more or less to your taste 1/4 Cilantro chopped, for finishing and garnish
