This is 10 punch system where each punch has a number and then when I make a combination sequence they know which punches to throw. So instead of giving long named combinations I give them shorter numbered orders. For example 112 is double lead hand jab and backhand cross. As you can see the number version is shorter and easy to give as instructions. 1/2 straight punches to the head 3/4 hooks to the head 5/6 uppercuts 7/8 hooks to the body 9/10 straight punches to the body Boxing is a repetitive sport so you have to repeat and rinse the training to become better.
