High-level Strawweight MMA showdown at ONE Friday Fights 116 inside Lumpinee Stadium! Japanese submission ace Hiroba Minowa went to war with South Korean sensation Lee Seung Cheol. Minowa sought to implement his signature ground game early in round one, but Lee displayed ironclad takedown defense and punished Minowa with sharp knees in the clinch. The drama intensified late in round two when Minowa secured a takedown and quickly locked in a threatening rear-naked choke, only for Lee to pull off a sensational escape in the closing seconds. Carrying that momentum into round three, Lee stuffed every takedown attempt and took complete control on the feet, landing crisp punching combinations to secure a well-earned Unanimous Decision victory!
