I first played the original Slay the Spire back in 2017, during its beta, and over the years, I’ve pushed all the way to Ascension 20, even diving into mods and endless runs for more. But now it’s time for something new. Slay the Spire 2 is finally here, with new characters, new mechanics, and a whole new climb ahead, so let’s see how it stacks up. If you are unfamiliar with Slay the Spire, it is a roguelike deck-building game where the player climbs a tower filled with enemies and bosses using a customizable deck of cards. The game features challenging gameplay and high replayability, with a focus on strategic depth and addictive battles. Streamed: February 26th 2026 Want to buy Slay the Spire and support me?
