After several nominations here is The Combat Academy Coaches Mick & Tommy Crossland completing the 22 day push up challenge - in 1 day. 22 x 22 push ups and as an added bonus 4 repetitions of pull ups done after each set (6 reps on the last set) equating to 484 push ups and 90 pull ups completed in 36 minutes.
