We've been under lockdown, so I've decided to spend more time with my mom since I'm always on the road! She was getting bored and wanted to lose weight, so we decided to do a 30 day challenge, one hour session, 6 days a week. At the end of the 30 days, I put her through a test... If my 60 year old mother can train martial arts, so can you!
