ATOS are one of the top teams in competition BJJ right now. A collective that includes members such as the Mendes Bros, Claudio Calasans, Ary Farias and many more, you'll find them on the podium at all the major tournaments. Formed only five years ago, the team's rapid growth has been overseen by founders Andre Galvao and Ramon Lemos. We wanted to know what sets ATOS apart from other teams and - if there is one - what their secret to success is. In this video ATOS leaders Galvao and Lemos show us the drills they use every day to train their competitors, and they give us an insight into the psychological techniques they use to reach their goals as individuals and a team.
