Balabay Aghayev is a Azerbaijani male judoka who competes in the -60 kg weight category. He is the 2024 European silver medalist and 2018 World Junior silver medalist. Aghayev is known for his agile and unorthodox style of Judo, as well as being one of the most prominent users of Yoko Otoshi in the current judo scene, he also has some solid Ne Waza skills.
