The documentary feature seeks to unveil the secret behind the most successful decade of the Brazilian women's and men's volleyball teams (2001-2012), based on daily contact with athletes such as Giba, Ricardinho, Fabi, Bruninho, Serginho, Fofão, Fabiana and coaches Bernardo Rezende (Bernardinho) and José Roberto Guimarães, during their preparation for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
