The Cap buffs are pretty good and I think hes in a healthy spot now in the meta. I am THE Captain america GOAT and no one can top me, some say even the RANK 1 CAP. The cap nerfs really suck but hopefully they will buff him a little bit in the future. I hope you guys will continue to support me on my journey with content creation thanks for the support so far love you all!
