According to authorities, Payne fell around 14 meters from a balcony. His body was found in the courtyard surrounded by tables and chairs. TMZ reports Payne was sighted acting erratically in the hotel lobby earlier in the day, with multiple sources telling the outlet that emergency services were called with reports of an “aggressive” male. The publication claims Payne smashed his laptop and had to be carried back to his room.
