While waiting for his parents' annulment proceedings to be over, a rich but troubled boy is forced to spend the summer with his father whom he hated so much. Apparently the father wishes to reconnect with his son who has shut him off for the longest time. There he meets his childhood friend who has grown up to be a simple country girl with a simple dream - to fall in love with someone who will love her just as much. While her parents are solely depending on her finishing her scholarship, she carefully hides a secret as to the true conditions surrounding her studies. The two meets again and soon where able to comfort each other amidst all their problems. And as time went on, they soon fall for each other.
