Beef stroganoff is a popular stew tracing its origins in Russia. In this variation, I sautéed pieces of beef, oyster mushrooms and onion and then smothered them in a sour cream sauce. Its so good. Serve it up with any sides from potatoes, steamed rice and to matooke and even chapati. Yum!
