The main benefits over other Arc spray systems are: • Long Range 10 metre Push/Pull Systems (optional up to 20 metres from wire dispenser) • Tough yet lightweight easily manipulated Push/Pull gun offering a more stable arc means smoother coatings without bad splats and voids than Push only systems • Simple Gun configuration. Nozzle and contact tips are 1 'un-brittle' assembly so no misalignment issues and easy quick change in less than a minute. • Gun head is not a wider diameter or 'big mouthed' so access to difficult workpieces and locations is not impeded. • Greater deposit efficiency and less dust/overspray -- more production/coating per weight of wire • Air-cooled fully enclosed Energizer. • Economical, low energy consumption • Easy to maintain. ARC-Angels require the absolute minimum maintenance, servicing and attention of all systems. • Robust Long-life hardware. • All Energizer to gun supplies neatly enclosed in Heavy-Duty protective sleeve -- No loose conduits • Solid couplings with no regular consumable costs • Runtime hour recorder -- great for job costing and keeping check on your usage. Range includes 250, 450 & 800 Amp systems.
