This is what we would call a weekday dinner quick fix, and you can do even more in the same style, you don’t need to over spice fish lest you lose its flavor, usually salt and pepper is enough but you can add spices like paprika or cayenne etc. Bake at 180 for the first 10mins to release so juices and increase 200 to crisp up.
