يحكي الفيلم عن تحقق أسطورة شعب الماو الخاصة بانتهاء العالم يوم 21 ديسمبر 2012 بسبب ظاهرة كونية خاصة بتلاقي عدة كواكب في المجموعة لشمسية على التوازي مع بعضها مما يسبب مجالًا مغناطيسيًا قويًا يذيب قلب الأرض ويعكس قطبيتها، فتتفجر البراكين والزلازل المدمرة.

there should have been a follow up movie or a series about what happened to the people in Africa How did they get along what sort of government did they form Were there already people Africans there when they got there??🙂. a lot of stuff that they could have tapped into.
