The Hood might be one of the biggest surprises coming to Marvel Rivals! In today's video, we're breaking down the latest leaks from the newest update, including why multiple leakers are now claiming that **The Hood is set to arrive as a Vanguard** instead of the Duelist that many players expected. We'll go over what that could mean for his gameplay, how his leaked abilities could fit a tank playstyle, and whether this could be another unconventional Vanguard like Emma Frost or Deadpool. While everything is still based on leaks and could change before release, the evidence is starting to paint a pretty interesting picture. ([Cosmic Book News][1]) We'll also dive into the comic book history of Parker Robbins, better known as **The Hood**. From a small-time criminal who stumbled upon a mystical cloak and demonic boots, to becoming one of Marvel's most dangerous crime bosses, we'll cover his rise to power, his connections to Dormammu, his battles against heroes like Iron Man, Spider-Man, the Avengers, and the Punisher, and why he's become such an important villain in modern Marvel comics. I'll also talk about his recent appearance in *Ironheart* and why Marvel seems to be giving the character a much bigger spotlight. Do you think The Hood belongs in the Vanguard role, or would you rather see him as a Duelist?
