This week on Celtic Warrior Workouts, after getting a workout with the Creed Brothers, Sheamus join their American Made partner Ivy Nile. Back at the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas, Ivy leads Sheamus through an intense workout that she does weekly before Raw. Albeit quiet from a lost voice, her loud strength spoke more then enough for itself.
