Here's How to Make Nutella Mummy Pastries! This is part of my new mini-series of Halloween dessert ideas to get you ready for spooky season. This first episode is for the Nutella lovers and it's so easy, you only need a few ingredients to make it. All you need is: 1 sheet ready roll puff pastry Nutella Egg wash (1 small egg + 1 tsp milk) Icing sugar (optional) Edible eyes Makes 4 Bake 200C/(180C fan) 12 mins or until crisp and golden (350°F for a fan/convection oven for my friends in the US) Tip: To help the eyes stick, dap on a little more Nutella where you want to place them after cooking Add-ins: Add your favourite spread by swapping out the Nutella, you could use Biscoff spread, Peanut butter. Tip: The best way to up your baking skills is to put down the cups and get a kitchen scale to measure your ingredients accurately Enjoy!
