Courtney Kaye is the first of many competitors on the upcoming ENYO 7 event to join the ENYO Submission Only Jiu Jitsu Podcast. She is a Purple Belt, and competed on ENYO 6 back in 2024. Courtney is inspired, and very grateful for the opportunities that ENYO provides women in martial arts. She also shares her journey from training Muay Thai as a young child, her reluctance to train in the Gi, through to now approaching her second ENYO appearance.
