O nervo ciático é o maior nervo do corpo humano – e ele pode doer por diversas causas, como explica o reumatologista Ari Halpern. A mais comum entre elas é a hérnia de disco: uma compressão do nervo ciático provocada pelo deslocamento do disco intervertebral.
