Aleksei Budõlin is one of the best Estonian judokas of all time. He competed in -81 kg weight category and achieved 2000 Olympic bronze medal, 2001 World silver and 2003 World bronze medals. He is also 1-time European champion and 2-time silver and bronze medalist. He was famous for his powerful Te Guruma throws and tactical prowess.
