In this video, I share my way of cooking beef goulash, a hearty, warming and delicious dish originating in Hungary. Bite size pieces of beef are slow cooked in a stock that is spiced with loads of paprika and flavoured with bell peppers and other vegetables, until the beef is fall apart tender. Beef goulash can be enjoyed as a hearty soup or served up with a side of bread, noodles, rice or whatever tickles your taste buds.
